What methods of payment do you accept?

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped from the UK within 1 working day of purchase.
Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Who pays customs or import fees?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Do UK prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT for UK customers.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes once your parcel arrives in your country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I pay customs or tariff fees?
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping email to monitor your delivery. If any customs or import fees are due, you’ll usually be able to pay them online before delivery. Please note that I cannot pay or cover any customs duties, tariffs, or import charges on behalf of customers — these must be paid directly to your local customs or delivery service.
For US customers:
In some cases, customs fees may be collected by the delivery driver upon delivery.
Sizing
Do you have sizing information?
Yes. Each product listing includes detailed sizing information and measurements. You can also refer to the Sizing tab for general guidance. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing, as refunds are not accepted. If you’re unsure, feel free to email me through the contact page for advice.
Products & Availability
Can I buy an item that’s sold out or request it in another size?
No. Every item is designed and handmade by me, making each one limited or one-of-a-kind. Once an item has sold out, it won’t be restocked. New pieces are listed as I create them. You can stay updated by joining my mailing list at the top of the page.
Collaborations
Can we collaborate or exchange products for exposure?
No. All items are available exclusively through my store.

Custom Orders
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, but I’m fully booked for 2025. Custom slots will reopen in December for 2026. For details about the custom order process, please check my Instagram page.
