Clothing Aftercare

Care & Quality

Every bespoke piece is created using high-quality materials and professional-grade industrial machinery. I personally carry out rigorous quality checks on all fabrics, including wash, stretch, and durability testing. If you treat your pieces right, they’ll outlive trends.

Each order includes a Care Card with detailed care instructions and a Wicked Lester complimentary cotton tote bag, perfect for storing or travelling with your pieces.

Follow these care guidelines to keep your Wicked Lester Clothing pieces in top condition:

  • Hand wash only in cold water using a mild detergent, then hang to dry.

  • Dry near a heat source (radiator/heater) — do not place garments directly on a heated surface.

  • Wipe clean faux leather or PVC materials whenever possible.

  • Never machine wash or tumble dry. Studs and washing machines are a dangerous mix — you’ve been warned!

  • Store in a cool, dry place. Humidity and moisture can shorten the lifespan of faux leathers.

  • Hang loosely in your wardrobe like any other designer piece. Avoid folding or crushing items in drawers.

  • Avoid pegs or tight hangers that can leave marks on faux leather.

  • Travelling? Layer soft items (like towels or cotton tees) between your Wicked Lester pieces in your suitcase. Every order comes with a complimentary Wicked Lester cotton tote bag, perfect for keeping your pieces protected and separated while travelling.

  • Bikinis and lingerie sets can be worn in pools and seawater, but overexposure to chlorine, salt, or harsh chemicals may damage fabrics and hardware over time.

  • Screwback hardware: Give it a quick tighten every few wears. If a piece goes missing, contact me and I’ll provide a replacement.

  • Rhinestones: All rhinestones are hand-applied using E6000 adhesive for long-lasting hold. Spare stones are included with your order in case any ever need replacing.
  • Fabric concerns: If you suspect a fault with your item, please email me as soon as possible with clear photos so I can assist.
