What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from the UK within 3 working days of purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping update via email once items have been shipped. Please see the shipping page for more information. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Please see the shipping page for more information. 

Do you have sizing information?

I include accurate sizing information for each product. Measurements are listed in each item description. There is also a sizing tab above that gives more information about sizing. Please make sure you check measurements before purchase. Refunds are not accepted. If you are unsure you can email me via the contact page. 

How does your store work? Can I buy items that are sold out or in another size?

In short no. I design and sew everything myself. This means items are bespoke or limited. Once an item has sold out it will not be restocked. New items are listed every 2-3 weeks, you can stay updated with restock news by joining my mailing list at the top of this page.

Can we collab/exchange products for exposure?

No, items can only be bought exclusively through my store.

How do I wash my items?

Do you take custom orders?

It depends. I have extremely limited time/diary slots for custom orders. I lean towards creating for stage/performance clothing - Please email to discuss.
